Step 2 of 3

Up to €6,000 per month, 100% remote, as a growth outbound specialist.

You take a client from signing to meeting: the strategy, the lists, the copywriting, the launch, and follow-up with them every two weeks.

You manage neither the infrastructure nor the prospects' replies. Depending on the company, this role is called growth outbound, Customer Success, campaign manager or outbound growth marketer.

First question, one click
Question 1 of 15

Have you ever launched B2B outbound campaigns, email or LinkedIn, on behalf of clients? It's our first filter, and the hardest. Better to know right away.

How many campaigns have you launched yourself?Orders of magnitude, not exact numbers.

How many clients have you managed at the same time, at most? Here, you handle up to six at once.

Who wrote the copy?

Did you build the prospecting lists yourself? Here, you build your own lists.

How did you handle reporting with your clients?

What are your average open rate and click rate?On your email campaigns.

The client tells you the meetings aren't qualified. What do you do?There's no obvious right answer. Say what you would really do.

The meetings you send are qualified, but your client can't close them. What do you do?

The role is freelance: you invoice once a month. One invoice for all your clients, sent on the 1st, paid within 72 hours.

How soon are you available?

Have you read the whole page, and are you comfortable with what's offered? The pay and its cap, the conditions that block payment, the ramp-up. Scroll back up if you want to reread: your answers are saved.

Your two videos, 60 seconds eachThis is what matters most. Two different campaigns you've run, email or LinkedIn, it doesn't matter. No written answer shows us what a campaign walked through by you shows us.

For each campaign, in 60 seconds

  • The goalWhat you were supposed to sell, and which meetings you were supposed to get.
  • The targetWho you targeted, how, and why.
  • The copyShow us the copywriting, and in two sentences, why you speak to people that way.

Ideally: a screen share in your prospecting tool. We see the results and the campaign setup. One take, no editing. Blur whatever needs blurring from your client.

Host them for free wherever you like: Loom, Tella, unlisted YouTube, Google Drive or WeTransfer. Check that the links open without an account and without an access request, in a private window for example: a link we can't open is an application we can't read.

Your contact detailsLast step. If your profile is selected, you get an email with a practical case and a link to book your meeting with your future manager.

Your answers and contact details are used only to process your application. They are shared with no one outside Dorola. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Checkboxes only, except for the links to your two videos and your contact details.

The role

Your responsibilities

Six, on each of your clients. From scoping to the meeting, nothing happens without you.

You scope the client

You prepare the scoping, you run it, and you leave with a targeting strategy the client has seen.

1.5 hours, strategy approved beforehand

You build the lists yourself

Research, extraction, enrichment, cleaning. Nobody hands you a ready-made list.

From search to verified address

You write the copywriting

Email and LinkedIn. A message written for one person, not a newsletter sent to a thousand.

Reviewed by your manager before every launch

You launch the campaigns

Setup, deliverability test, launch. You hit the deadlines you gave the client.

Launch targeted within 21 days of scoping

You brief and check your setter

They handle replies and make calls. You give them the target and the objections, and you review what they do with them.

One brief per launch, one check per week

You own the client relationship

One report a week, one meeting every two weeks. You explain why, not just how many.

Every week, every two weeks

What you don't do: infrastructure (domains, mailboxes, deliverability) belongs to the infrastructure manager. Replying to prospects and booking meetings belongs to the setter. Running the sales meetings belongs to the client.

The profile

What we look for

We hire to last, not to get through a quarter. The eight points below are what we check, in this order.

A woman on a video call in front of her laptop
  1. You've already done outbound meeting generation, at an agency or as a freelancer. It's the first filter and the hardest.
  2. You write the copywriting yourself, and you know how to tailor a message to the person reading it.
  3. You build your own lists: research, extraction, enrichment, cleaning.
  4. You've already managed a client relationship: regular meetings, reports, optimization suggestions.
  5. You use AI every day in your work.
  6. You're looking for the long term. Every month a client stays past their commitment pays you extra.
  7. You're coachable. You say right away when you make a mistake, and you fix it.

Payment

Paid within 72 hours, without chasing anyone

Three things to know about how it works, and the last one is the reason freelancers stay.

  1. September 10The client starts
  2. October 10End of their period
  3. November 1You invoice
  4. Within 72 hoursYou get paid

Paid from the first month

The month you scope and launch a client is a real month of work: it's paid, base included, with the launch bonus if you hit the deadlines.

Each client has their own date

These aren't calendar months. A client who starts on September 10 is counted from September 10 to October 10. With six clients, you have six different dates, and you see them all in your dashboard.

You invoice on the 1st, you're paid within 72 hours

Period from September 10 to October 10: you send your invoice on November 1, and the money is there within 72 hours. One invoice for all your clients. No 30-day payment, no 60-day payment, no chasing to do.

Drag to read all three

Ask any freelancer what 60-day payments and chasing cost them. It comes up first, before the rate.

The conditions

What keeps you from getting paid

Miss just one, and the client concerned pays nothing that month. Your other clients aren't affected.

Campaigns, volumes and meetings count from the second month. During a client pause, they don't apply.

No condition depends on the number of meetings booked. Your results trigger bonuses, they can never cost you your base.

What we do at Dorola

Dorola is an outsourced sales team. Our clients hand us 100% of their prospecting: the data, the campaigns, the replies, through to the qualified meeting, and through to the signed contract for those who want it. Our mission fits in one sentence: restore prospecting's good name. We don't sell volume, we sell qualified meetings and market feedback.

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked the most

Is the role employee or freelance?

Freelance. You invoice once a month, all your clients on the same invoice. That's what the whole team does, and it's what makes the pay grid possible: each client is counted separately, over its own period.

How many clients at the start?

Just one the first month, in every case. After that, two new clients per month at most, up to six. A new client takes time at the beginning; once it's launched, it runs.

I've never built a list myself. Can I apply?

No, not for this role. You build your lists yourself, for each of your clients: it's part of the job, not an option.

Who reviews my work?

Your manager. They validate your strategy before each kickoff and before each new campaign, review your copywriting when you ask, and help you improve. They don't write it for you.

When do I get paid?

From the first month of each client. Your invoice goes out on the 1st of the month after your periods end, and it's paid within 72 hours. No chasing to do.

What happens if a client goes on pause?

Your base on that client drops to €0 during the pause, but your meeting bonus is still owed, and the volume conditions don't apply. If they leave, you're paid on their last full period.

Is there a time zone requirement?

No. Work from wherever you want, as long as your client meetings are held and your connection holds up.

The place

Wherever you can work

From anywhere. The role is 100% remote, and there is no time zone requirement.

A man on the phone, next to a large window

The only requirement: your connection

You hold client meetings by video and share your screen. A video call that drops in front of a client is trust lost.

A wired linefiber or cable, stable during your meeting hours
A real headsetand a room without echo. The client hears it right away
A clean screen shareyour campaigns and your numbers are shown, not told
Zero dropsif the network goes down several times a week, the role isn't sustainable
