Up to €3,000 per month, 100% remote, as a B2B setter.
You handle the replies to our campaigns, in writing and by phone. You call back the ones who didn't answer. And you turn all of it into meetings.
You don't build any lists and you don't write any campaigns. Depending on the company, this is called setter, SDR, BDR or prospecting rep.
Application sent.
We watch your video first. If your profile is a match, you get a second email with a case study and a link to book a slot in your future manager's calendar. You get an answer within 10 days, yes or no, in every case.
Two things to do, and a schedule that doesn't change without warning
You call for the clients who bought phone outreach, and you handle the replies for all of them. Set your clients: the schedule and the pay follow.
The gap between the two is the bonuses, and they don't just fall into your lap. If even one condition isn't met, that client's line pays nothing at all. The conditions, in plain terms.
Each client's slot changes every Monday. Nobody stays stuck on the same moment of the week: that's what lets you reach people you would miss by always calling at the same time. Your blocks are set at 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM, the two moments when people pick up the most, based on the last four thousand calls of the founding team.
Your responsibilities
Four, and none of them is desk work. The first three on all your clients, the fourth depending on the offer they bought.
You handle the replies
Email and LinkedIn, people who have already replied to a campaign. You qualify, you follow up, you set the meeting. You never start a conversation cold.
About 3 hours a dayYou call as soon as a prospect replies
We don't reply in writing first, we pick up the phone. Number already enriched, conversation history in front of you while it rings.
The call starts in one clickYou also call those who didn't reply
The campaign reached them, they said nothing. A call catches them better than a fifth email. That's where the meetings the others leave on the table are.
On the whole list reachedYou do cold calling for some clients
On a power dialer, about a hundred calls an hour. Not every client includes this, the offer sold decides.
3 hours per week per clientAnd in every case, you bring back what you hear: the objections, what hooks, what doesn't land. That's what makes the campaigns improve, and it's what sets you apart from someone who just executes.
What you don't do: build the campaigns and the copywriting, that's Customer Success. Build the prospecting lists, that's data. Hold the client's sales meetings, that's the client.
What we look for
We hire to last, not to get through a quarter. The five points below are what we check, in this order.
- You have already cold called, in a real job, not once just to see. It's the first filter and the hardest one.
- You have already handled prospecting replies in B2B, in writing.
- You're looking for the long term. Every month a client stays, your pay goes up with them. A three-month stint is of no use to anyone.
- 100% remote, with a maximum 4-hour time difference from France. You make calls: your hours and the prospects' hours have to overlap.
- You're coachable. You get feedback, you change something. English and Spanish are a plus, not a requirement.
The entire grid, line by line
Everything is counted per client and per month. Do the math yourself, it's made for that.
The math on one client
And the honest number: hitting 600 on all five clients every month, nobody does it. In the founding team, the Customer Success reps, on the same mechanics for longer, don't reach their maximum bonus every month. At steady state, count on €400 to €500 per client, so €2,000 to €2,500. The cap is real, and so is the average.
The detail, line by line
1. The base depends on the mission
The €150 gap doesn't reward a performance. It pays for the three hours of calls per week. If a client goes on pause or leaves, the base for that line drops back to €50 for the duration of the last month, and your bonuses don't change.
2. The three bonuses that take you to the cap
They, and they alone, make the difference between the base and the cap. They stack with each other.
Every month the client continues beyond its minimum term. It's not a one-time bonus: it comes back every month as long as they stay.
Every monthOn your average response time over the month.
On meetings held and qualified. The three thresholds are set client by client, and they mean three things.
3. The two bonuses added on top of the cap
They are not included in the €600. They come on top, and they are exceptional.
You get the client to go on camera. Once a year per client. Like all bonuses, it requires a month where your conditions are met.
15% of the increase, one time only. Not 15% of the contract, and not every month: you get 15% of the first month of the increase, the month it's collected.
Paid within 72 hours, without chasing anyone
Two things to know about the mechanics, and the second is the reason freelancers stay.
- September 10The client starts
- October 10End of their period
- November 1You invoice
- Within 72 hoursYou get paid
Each client has their own date
These are not calendar months. A client who starts on September 10 is counted from September 10 to October 10. With five clients, you have five different dates, and you see them all in your dashboard.
You invoice on the 1st, you're paid within 72 hours
Period from September 10 to October 10: you send your invoice on November 1, and the money is there within 72 hours. One single invoice for all your clients. No payment at 30 days, no payment at 60 days, no chasing to do. The payout goes out automatically as soon as your conditions are met.
Ask any freelancer what 60-day payments and chasing cost them. It comes up first, before the rate.
What keeps you from getting paid
Miss just one, and the client concerned pays nothing that month. Your other clients aren't affected.
Swipe to see the three conditions
We exclude what doesn't need a reply: auto-replies, out-of-office messages, thank-yous, conversation endings, emojis. A human decides the borderline cases.
No condition is based on your results. The number of meetings can never make you lose your client base. And if our client is the one who doesn't show up to the meeting you booked, the meeting still counts as qualified and you still get paid.
You don't front a single euro for tools
All the tools
Campaign platforms and inboxes, the phone and one-click calling, the power dialer for cold calls, the CRM, call recording, Slack and Notion. You pay nothing.
Internal training
Our processes and our tools, from day one. We don't put you on a client and wish you good luck.
A dedicated manager
The head of the setters team, with a one-on-one every week for the first few weeks.
A gradual ramp-up
One client first. You get a second one as soon as you've gone a full period without missing a single blocking condition, then the next ones at the same pace. We don't give you five on day one, and the rule isn't negotiated case by case.
What we do at Dorola
Dorola is an outsourced sales team. Our clients hand us 100% of their prospecting: the data, the campaigns, the replies, through to the qualified meeting, and through to the signed contract for those who want it. Our mission fits in one sentence: restore prospecting's good name. We don't sell volume, we sell qualified meetings and market feedback.

What we get asked the most
Is the role employee or freelance?
Freelance. You invoice once a month, all your clients on the same invoice. That's what the whole team does, and it's what makes the pay grid possible: each client is counted separately, over its own period.
I've never done cold calling, but I'm very good at writing. Can I apply?
No, not for this role. The phone is part of every assignment, and on those that involve cold calling, the three hours a week are a blocking condition. We can't put you on those while you're still learning.
Is it really 100% remote?
Yes, there's no location requirement, with one constraint: a maximum 4-hour time difference with France. You make calls all day, so your hours and your prospects' hours have to overlap.
How many clients at the start?
One. You get a second one as soon as you've gone a full period without missing a single blocking condition, then the next ones at the same pace. Five at most, never more.
Do I need to speak English or Spanish?
No. It's a bonus, and it opens up additional clients.
Which tools will I use, and do I pay for them?
You pay nothing. Everything is provided: campaign platforms, phone, power dialer, CRM, call recording.
How soon do I get paid?
72 hours after your invoice is sent, which goes out on the 1st of the month following the end of your periods. You never have to chase anyone.
Wherever you can work
The role is 100% remote and will stay that way. Only one location constraint: a maximum four-hour time difference with France, because you call between 9 AM and 6 PM, Paris time.
The window is always nine hours wide. What changes from one season to the next is the part of the globe it covers.
The time differences aren't written by hand: they're calculated when the page opens, based on France's actual local time that day. A stable connection matters as much as the time zone: the requirement is just below.
The connection, and it's a dealbreaker
You're on the phone several hours a day, on a power dialer, with the CRM open next to it. A connection that drops means a lost meeting and a prospect who doesn't get called back. It's not a question of country, it's a question of line: fiber in Dakar beats a saturated 4G connection in Paris.
We check it in the first interview, which is held over video. No point applying and hoping it slips through: it's the first thing we hear.
